Honkai Star Rail new update is coming this June. We have already shared the 2.3 release date and relic set leaks. In this article, I will share with you the 2.3 light cone leaks for both phases. The Firefly light cone will be available in phase 1 or the first half, while the Jade light cone will be available from phase 2 of the update.
Note that these are leaked light cone information from the beta version, which means percentages and numbers will be adjusted in the future. So, take this information with a grain of salt.

Metamorphosis (S5): Increases the wearer’s Break Effect by 100%. When the wearer deals Break DMG to an enemy target, inflicts Routed on the enemy, lasting for 2 turn(s). Targets afflicted with Routed receive 25% increased DMG, and their SPD reduces by 15%. Effects of the same type cannot stack.
Promise (S5): Increases the wearer’s CRIT Rate by 28%. While the wearer is in battle, for every 20% CRIT DMG that exceeds 120%, the DMG of the wearer’s follow-up attack is increased by 28%. This effect can stack up to 4 time(s). When the battle starts or after the wearer uses their Basic ATK, enables the Ultimate and the follow-up attack to ignore 28% of the target’s DEF, lasting for 2 turn(s).
Quiescence (S5): Increases the wearer’s Break Effect by 56%. After the wearer uses their Ultimate, increases their SPD by 16%, lasting for 2 turn(s).
