Honkai Star Rail 2.0 related many leaks were revealed after the start of the latest beta. I’ve collected maximum characters, banners, and light cones information. Here, let’s explore what’s new in HSR 2.0.

There are 3 new characters coming. They are Black Swan, Sparkle, and Misha. These characters have already been confirmed via HoYoverse’s December drip marketing. If you are interested in knowing the 2.0 release date and expected livestream date, then do check this article.

New and rerun characters revealed in the 2.0 special program:

  • Phase 1: Black Swan, Dan Heng + Misha, Tingyun, Guinaifen.
  • Phase 2: Sparkle, Jing Yuan + Sampo, Qingque, Hanya.

Unfortunately, Luocha will not return in Star Rail 2.0; however, he was rumored to be included in this patch.

Now, we will start with Black Swan and learn about Traces, Eidolons, Skills, etc.

Note that all the mentioned percentages and numbers are based on the highest levels. This information is a combination of available leaks and data from the latest beta version; it will be updated upon the final 2.0 release.

Black Swan Abilities

Basic ATK (Decadence, False Twilight): Deals Wind DMG equal to 112% of Black Swan’s ATK to a single enemy and any adjacent targets, with a 100% base chance to inflict 1 stack of Sacrament to the attacked enemies and a 100% base chance to lower the attacked enemies’ DEF by 23.8%, lasting for 3 turns.

Skill (Decadence, False Twilight): Deals Wind DMG equal to 112% of Black Swan’s ATK to a single enemy and any adjacent targets, with a 100% base chance to inflict 1 stack of Sacrament to the attacked enemies and a 100% base chance to lower the attacked enemies’ DEF by 23.8%, lasting for 3 turns.

Ultimate (Bliss of Otherworld’s Embrace): Deals Wind DMG equal to 144% of Black Swan’s ATK to all enemies and inflicts Epiphany on them for 2 turn(s).

Enemies affected by Epiphany take 30% more damage in their turn, and their Sacrament effect is regarded as Wind Shear, Bleed, Burn, and Shock effects. In addition, when their Sacrament effect is triggered at the beginning of the next turn, the Sacrament stacks are not reset. The stack reservation effect can be triggered up to 1 time(s) during the Epiphany duration, and its charges are replenished when Epiphany is applied again.

Talent (Loom of Fate’s Caprice): Every time an enemy target receives DoT at the start of each turn, there is a 73% base chance to for it to be inflicted with Sacrament.

While afflicted with Sacrament, enemy targets receive Wind DoT equal to 300% of Black Swan’s ATK. Each stack of Sacrament increases this DMG multiplier by 15%. Then Sacrament resets to 1 stack. Sacrament can stack up to 99 times.

Only when Sacrament deals DMG at the start of an enemy target’s turn, Black Swan triggers additional effects based on the number of Sacrament stacks inflicted on the target:

When having 3 or more Sacrament stacks, deals Wind DoT equal to 225% of Black Swan’s ATK to adjacent targets, with a 73% base chance of inflicting 1 stack of Sacrament on adjacent targets.

When having 7 or more Sacrament stacks, enables the current DoT dealt this time to ignore 20% of the target’s DEF and adjacent targets’ DEF.

Technique (name coming soon): After using the Technique, at the beginning of the next battle, there is a 150% base chance to inflict a stack of Sacrament on each enemy. If Sacrament is successfully inflicted on any enemy, this effect will be repeated on the affected enemies until it fails to inflict Sacrament on any of them. The re-trigger rate for Sacrament is equal to 50% of the previous trigger rate.

Black Swan Traces HSR

Trace 1(Viscera’s Disquiet): After using the Skill to hit a single target enemy that has Wind Shear, Bleed, Burn, or Shock, there is a 65% base chance of additionally inflicting 1 stack of Sacrament for each of the above debuffs on the enemy.

Trace 2(Goblet’s Dredges): Every time an enemy target receives DoT during the single attack of allies, there is a 65% base chance for it to be inflicted with 1 stack of Sacrament, stacking up to 3 time(s) during 1 single attack.

Trace 3(Candleflame’s Portent): Increases DMG dealt by this unit by an amount equal to 60% of their Effect Hit Rate, up to a maximum DMG increase of 72%.

Black Swan Eidolons

Eidolon 1 (Seven Pillars of Wisdom): While Black Swan is active in battle, enemies in the Wind Shear, Bleeding, Burning, and Shocked states respectively have their Wind, Physical, Fire, and Lightning RES reduced by 25%.

Eidolon 2 (Weep Not For Me, My Lamb): When an enemy under the Sacrament effect is downed, there is a 100% base chance of inflicting 5 stack(s) of Sacrament on adjacent targets.

Eidolon 3 (As Above, So Below):

  • Skill Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15.
  • Talent Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15.

Eidolon 4 (In Tears We Gift): While in the Epiphany state, enemy targets’ Effect RES reduces by 10%, and Black Swan regenerates 8 Energy at the start of the target’s turn or when the afflicted enemy is defeated. The Energy Regeneration effect can only trigger up to 1 time while Epiphany lasts. The trigger count will refresh after the enemy is inflicted with Epiphany again.

Eidolon 5 (Linnutee Flyway):

  • Ultimate Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15.
  • Basic ATK Lv. +1, up to a maximum of Lv. 10.

Eidolon 6 (Pantheon Merciful, Masses Pitiful): When Black Swan’s teammates attack enemy targets, Black Swan has a 65% base chance of inflicting Sacrament on every enemy target hit.

Each time Black Swan inflicts Sacrament on an enemy target, there is a 50% fixed chance to additionally increase the Sacrament stack afflicted this time by 1.

Name: Reforged Remembrance

Crystallize (S5): Increases wearer’s Effect Hit Rate by 60%. When wearer deals DMG to an enemy inflicted with Wind Shear, Burn, Shock, or Bleed, they will individually gain 1 stack of Prohecy. This effect can stack up to 4 times. In a single battle, each type of DoT can only generate 1 stack of Prophecy. Every stack of Prophecy increases wearer’s ATK by 9% and the DoT dealt will ignore 10% of the target’s DEF.

Sparkle Abilities HSR

Basic ATK (Monodrama): Deals 130% of Sparkle’s ATK as Quantum DMG to a single target enemy.

Skill (Dreamdiver): Increases the CRIT DMG of an ally for a value equal to 45% of Sparkle’s CRIT DMG +20% for 1 turns, and also Advances the unit’s action Forward by 50%.

When Sparkle uses this ability on herself, the Action Advance will not trigger.

Ultimate (The Hero with a Thousand Faces): Recovers 4 Skill Points for allies and grants them Cipher. Every ally with Cipher will increase the DMG dealt by Sparkle’s Talent for an additional 12% per stack for 2 turns.

Talent (Red Herring): When Sparkle is on the battlefield, increases the max number of Skill Points additionally by 2. When an ally consumes 1 Skill Point, it will increase the DMG of all allies by 7.5% for 2 turns. This effect can be stacked up to 3 times.

Technique (Unreliable Narrator): Using the Technique grants all allies Stealth for 20s. Characters in Stealth will not be detected by enemies, and entering battle while in Stealth recovers 1 Skill Point(s) for all allies.

Sparkle Traces

Trace 1(Almanac): When using Basic ATK, additionally regenerates 10 Energy.

Trace 2(Artificial Flower): The CRIT DMG Boost effect provided by the Skill lasts until the start of this unit’s next turn.

Trace 3(Nocturne): Increases all allies’ CRIT Rate by 5%. When there are 1/2/3 Quantum characters in your team, all allies deal 5%/15%/30% more Quantum DMG.

Eidolons of Sparkle

Eidolon 1 (Suspension of Disbelief): The Cipher effect applied by the Ultimate lasts for 1 extra turn. All allies affected by Cipher have their ATK increased by 25%.

Eidolon 2 (Purely Fictitious): The talent grants an additional stack of DMG Boost. Each stack allows all allies to ignore 3% of the target’s Defense.

Eidolon 3 (Pipedream):

  • Skill Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15.
  • Basic ATK Lv. +1, up to a maximum of Lv. 10.

Eidolon 4 (Life Is a Gamble): The Ultimate recovers 1 more Skill Point. The talent further increases Max Skill Points by 1.

Eidolon 5 (Parallax Truth):

  • Ultimate Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15.
  • Talent Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15.

Eidolon 6 (Narrative Polysemy): All skills additionally deal 40% more CRIT DMG, and this bonus works for all allies with Cipher.

Capriciousness (S5): Increases the wearer’s CRIT DMG by 60%. At the start of the battle, the wearer gains Mask, lasting for 3 turn(s). While the wearer has Mask, the wearer’s allies have their CRIT Rate increased by 14% and their CRIT DMG increased by 56%. For every 1 Skill Point the wearer recovers (including Skill Points that exceed the limit), they gain 1 stack of Radiant Flame. And when the wearer has 4 stacks of Radiant Flame, all the stacks are removed, and they gain Mask for 4 turn(s).

Misha Abilities Honkai Star Rail

Basic ATK (Please… Step Aside!): Deals Ice DMG equal to 130% of Misha’s ATK to an enemy.

Skill (Room… Room Service!): Enables Misha’s next Ultimate Skill to strike 1 more times. Deals Ice DMG equal to 250% of Misha’s ATK to an enemy, and Ice DMG equal to100% of Misha’s ATK to enemies adjacent to it.

Ultimate (I… I’m Late!): Misha’s Ultimate strikes 3 times by default. Misha strikes the target enemy, dealing Ice DMG equal to 72% of Misha’s ATK, and then strikes random enemies over multiple times, each dealing Ice DMG equal to 72% of Misha’s ATK. Each hit has a 24% base chance to Freeze the target for 1 turn.

Frozen enemies cannot take any actions and take additional Ice DMG equal to 36% of Misha’s ATK at the beginning of their turn.
Misha’s Ultimate strikes up to 10 times. After this Ultimate is used, the number of its hits is restored to the default level.

Talent (Grappling Mechanism): Whenever an ally consumes a Skill Point, Misha’s next Ultimate strikes 1 more time(s) and Misha regenerates 2.5 Energy.

Technique (Wait! You Are So Beautiful!): Using the Technique creates a dimension for 15s. Enemies caught in the dimension are affected by Dream Prison and stop all their actions. Upon entering battle against enemies affected by Dream Prison, Misha’s next Ultimate strikes 2 more times. Only one dimension can exist at one time.

Misha Traces

Trace 1(Release): Before launching the first hit, increases the Ultimate’s base chance to Freeze enemies by 80%.

Trace 2(Interlock): Using the Ultimate increases Effect Hit Rate by 60%. This bonus expires at the end of the Ultimate.

Trace 3(Transmission): Attacks against Frozen enemies deal 30% more CRIT DMG.

Misha Eidolons Star Rail

Eidolon 1 (Ethereal Phantom): When using the Ultimate, for each enemy in battle, the Ultimate strikes enemies over 1 more hits, up to a maximum of 5 more hits.

Eidolon 2 (Melancholy of Youth): Each hit of the Ultimate has a 24% base chance to reduce the target’s DEF by 16% for 3 turn(s) before dealing damage.

Eidolon 3 (Shadow of Joy):

  • Ultimate Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15.
  • Basic ATK Lv. +1, up to a maximum of Lv. 10.

Eidolon 4 (Friendly Faces): Increases the DMG multiplier of Ultimate’s each hit by 6%.

Eidolon 5 (Initial Love and Friendship):

  • Skill Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15.
  • Talent Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15.

Eidolon 6 (Longings of Yore): Using the Ultimate enables this character to deal 30% more damage until the end of the turn. In addition, using the next Skill recovers 1 Skill Points for all allies.
