Honkai Star Rail 1.6 update is set to release on December 27. The first phase of the character banner will feature Ruan Mei, Blade, Xueyi, Tingyun, and March 7th. Phase 2 banner will feature Dr. Ratio, Kafka, Sushang, Natasha, and Hook.
Stellar Jades are the premium in-game currency of HSR, necessary to acquire any items. Here, you can view the total count of Stellar Jades. It doesn’t matter whether you are an F2P or P2P player; we mention both estimated Stellar Jades here.
Here, we share two lists: Time-limited and Permanent Contents. Time-limited means you need to claim these Stellar Jades within specific dates. On the other hand, permanent contents means that players can claim these Stellar Jades at any time during the 1.6 update running time.

If we calculate, F2P players can claim 13,390 Stellar Jades, 20 SR Special Pass, and 21 SR Pass. This means almost ~97 pulls. For P2P (BR & Express) players, they can claim 16,850 Stellar Jades, 24 SR Special Pass, and 21 SR Pass. This means P2P players will be eligible for almost ~129 pulls.
We counted this estimation for both Phase 1 and Phase 2. Also, note that as these counts are estimates, you may notice a minor increase or decrease in total counts when the update releases.
