Chiori Leaks Included

Genshin Impact 4.5 is a new update of the game that will bring a highly anticipated character. Along with the new character debut, old characters also return. In this article, you will get all the leaked information, including the release date and livestream date.

Version 4.5 is expected to be released on March 13, 2024, at 11:00 UTC+8. As usual, maintenance will start 5 hours before, from the update release, at 6:00, which means we can expect the livestream date to be on March 1 at 07:00 AM UTC-5. During the livestream, HoYoverse will confirm upcoming banners and new and rerun characters. Ahead of their confirmation, here are the leaks of 4.5 banners and characters leaked by reliable sources.

According to sources, Chiori is the only new character that will be released in 4.5. There are no other new playable characters aside from her.

Chiori and her banner will be released on March 13, 2024, the same day as the new update’s launch. This means you can now expect Chiori to be playable from the first half of the 4.5 update. Although sources indicate that Genshin Impact players are more hyped up for Chiori’s banner release ahead of the 4.5 update, the release of this update will fulfill your anticipation.

Now, let’s see what the rerun leaks are. Last year’s leaks suggested that Albedo might return in 4.5. However, the latest leaks provided by Full Stop Chan state that Kaedehara Kazuha and Arataki Itto may rerun in 4.5.

Another popular source, Dim, mentions that the 4.5 banners should include Chiori and Itto, Neuvillette and Kazuha.

The leaks related to reruns are still questionable, and we can only trust reliable leakers until HoYoverse officially announces rerun characters.

With the latest 4.5 beta release, Chiori’s kit, abilities, and other leaks are already available. However, read these details with a grain of salt, as the percentages and numbers may be adjusted when the update is released globally.

Skills

Normal Attack | Weaving Blade

Normal Attack: Performs up to 4 rapid strikes.

Charged Attack: Consumes a certain amount of Stamina to unleash 2 rapid sword strikes.

Plunging Attack: Plunges from mid-air to strike the ground below, damaging opponents along the path and dealing AoE DMG upon impact.

Elemental Skill – Fluttering Hasode

Her dashes nimbly forward in a silken dance. Once this dash ends, Chiori will summon “Automaton Doll: Sode” beside her and perform an upward thrust, dealing AoE Geo DMG to nearby opponents based on her ATK and DEF.

Holding the Skill will cause it to behave differently.

Elemental Burst – Hiyoku: Twin Blades

Twin blades leave their sheaths as Chiori slices with the clean cuts of a master tailor, dealing AoE Geo DMG based on her ATK and DEF.

Passives

Tailor-Made: Gain different effects depending on the next action you take within a short duration after using Fluttering Hasode’s upward thrust. If you Press the Elemental Skill again, you will trigger the Tapestry effect. If you Press your Normal Attack, the Tailoring effect will be triggered instead.

The Finishing Touch: When a nearby party member creates a Geo Construct, Chiori will gain 20% Geo DMG Bonus for 20s.

Brocaded Collar’s Beauteous Silhouette: When any party member is wearing an outfit apart from their default outfit, or is wearing a wind glider other than the Wings of First Flight, your party members will obtain the Swift Stride effect: Movement SPD is increased by 10%.

Swift Stride does not stack.

Constellations

C1. Six Paths of Sage Silkcraft: The AoE of the Automaton Doll: Sode summoned by Fluttering Hasode is increased by 50%.

Additionally, if there is a Geo party member other than Chiori, Fluttering Hasode will trigger the following after the dash:

  • Summon another Automaton Doll: Sode. Only 1 additional Automaton Doll created through this method and through Geo Constructs can exist at the same time.
  • Triggers the Passive Talent “The Finishing Touch.” This effect requires you to first unlock the Passive Talent “The Finishing Touch.”

C2. In Five Colors Dyed: For 8s after triggering either follow-up effect of the Passive Talent “Tailor-Made,” when your current active character’s Normal, Charged, or Plunging Attacks hit an opponent, it will summon a Simple Automaton Doll: Kinu near this opponent.

The Simple Automaton Doll: Kinu will attack nearby opponents, dealing AoE Geo DMG equivalent to 170% of Automaton Doll: Sode’s slash DMG. DMG dealt this way is considered Elemental Skill DMG.

The Simple Automaton Doll: Kinu will leave the field after 1 attack or after lasting 3s.
You can summon 1 such Simple Automaton Doll every 1s in this way, and this can be triggered 3 times in each instance of “Tailor-Made”‘s Seize the Moment or the Tailoring effect.

Must unlock the Passive Talent “Tailor-Made” first.

C3. Four Brocade Embellishments: Increases the Level of Fluttering Hasode by 3. Maximum upgrade level is 15.

C4. A Tailor’s Three Courtesies: For 10s after using Hiyoku: Twin Blades, a Simple Automaton Doll: Kinu will be summoned next to Chiori every 3s.

C5. Two Silken Plumules: Increases the Level of Hiyoku: Twin Blades by 3.

Maximum upgrade level is 15.

C6. Sole Principle Pursuit: After triggering the Tailoring effect of the Passive Talent “Tailor-Made,” Chiori’s own Fluttering Hasode’s CD is decreased by 14.5s, and she obtains Prismatic Beauty for 5s.

While Prismatic Beauty lasts, Chiori’s Normal, Charged, and Plunging Attack DMG increases based on 50% of her ATK and 180% of her DEF.

This can be triggered once every 15s, while Prismatic Beauty will be canceled once Chiori has scored 5 Normal, Charged, or Plunging Attack hits or the duration expires.
Must unlock the Passive Talent “Tailor-Made” first.
