OB updates are the means by which Garena introduces new changes, features, and characters in Free Fire. Currently, the OB43 update is ongoing, which means the next update will be OB44. Here, we will inform you of the expected release date and time when the game publisher will release this update.
Free Fire OB44 update is expected to be released on April 17, 2024. Starting at 9:30 AM IST (or 4:00 AM UTC), Garena will roll out the update across the Play Store and App Store. Afterward, both Android and iOS Free Fire players will be able to update the game. Once you update the game to OB44, you will have access to new content, features, and improvements.
You may notice that OB43 was released on January 24. So, why is OB44 releasing in April? It seems too late. This is because, starting from OB42, the game developers have increased the duration between patch updates. That’s why nowadays, Free Fire OB updates are lasting up to 3 months instead of 2 months.
Before releasing the OB44 update, a dedicated advance server will be available where anyone can register and see the new features and changes coming in the next OB update.
