Release Date and Maintenance Schedule

Kuro Games has officially confirmed that Wuthering Waves Version 3.1 will launch on February 5, 2026.

The maintenance is expected to follow the standard schedule, typically starting at 06:00 (UTC+8) and lasting approximately five hours.

• Global Launch Time: February 5, 2026, at 11:00 (UTC+8) / February 4, 2026, at 19:00 (PT).
• Compensation: As usual, players can expect 300 Astrites (and potentially more for any bug fixes) delivered via the in-game mailbox once the servers are live.

New Characters in Version 3.1

Version 3.1 introduces two highly anticipated 5-star characters from the Startorch Academy, both bringing unique mechanics to the roster.

1. Aemeath

• Rarity: 5-Star
• Element: Fusion
• Weapon: Sword
• Role: Main DPS / Burst DPS
  Aemeath is the star of the first phase. Known for her fiery combat style that contrasts with the snowy environment of Lahai-Roi, her kit focuses on high-mobility sword strikes and explosive Fusion damage.

2. Luuk Herssen

  Arriving in the second phase, Luuk is a Spectro user who utilizes Gauntlets. Early reports suggest he provides significant utility to teams relying on Spectro coordination, making him a perfect partner for existing Spectro units.

The 3.1 banners are split into two phases. If you missed out on previous meta-defining characters, this version offers some heavy hitters.

NOTE
Signature weapons for the new characters—Everbright Polestar (Sword) and Daybreaker’s Spine (Gauntlets)—will be available in the Weapon Permanent/Event Convocations respectively.

The update expands the world of Solaris-3 significantly, focusing on the Lahai-Roi icy plains.
